Located in an enviable Knightsbridge setting, Michelin starred Pétrus continues its reputation as one of Gordon Ramsay's most popular and prestigious London restaurants. Overseen by Head Chef Sean Burbidge and Mark Askew - Executive Chef for Gordon Ramsay Holdings for the past decade - Petrus offers a contemporary European menu, showcasing such signature dishes as Roasted Langoustine Tails, Roasted Beef Fillet, and Whole Baked John Dory for two. The exquisite cuisine on the menu highlights Head Chef Sean Burbidge's culinary talents; having worked at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay since 2003, Burbidge also launched Gordon Ramsay at the Trianon Palace in Versailles in 2008. Complementing the a la carte menu is an extensive wine list of over 1,500 bottles, including 30 Petrus vintages, all available from the stunning open cellar at the heart of the dining room.
